English Proficiency Requirements
Submission of English proficiency test results (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) is recommended but not mandatory. Applicants without English test scores can still apply without any disadvantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must hold foreign citizenship
- Neither parent can be a Korean citizen, or the applicant must have completed full schooling outside Korea
- Applicants with Korean citizenship or dual nationality are not eligible
