CrossCulture Program CCP 2026 Fully Funded Exchange in Germany

Applications are now open for the CrossCulture Program CCP 2026 in Germany. This fully funded exchange fellowship selects 55 to 60 professionals and volunteers from 40 countries to strengthen intercultural cooperation and build long term civil society networks. Through the CCP Fellowship, participants broaden their expertise, expand international networks and gain valuable experience working with institutions in Germany.

The program is financed by the German Federal Foreign Office and runs for a duration of two to three months. It is one of the leading cultural exchange programs aimed at enhancing collaboration between Germany and partner countries around the world.

Applicants must belong to one of the 40 participating countries including:

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 23 years at the time of application
• Good written and spoken English skills
• At least two years of professional or volunteer experience in a civil society organization that can be verified
